This technique creates a soft, natural effect while coloring lips for everyday beauty.

This technique is for clients that love more color in their lips, lip stick look.
2 hour session

I searched high and low and even out of the area to find the most qualified and experienced person to perform the service of new brows for me. The best micro blading eyebrows in Raleigh is Antoinette Joy of Raleigh Brow Bar. She is PhiBrow Master Certified, State Board Certified for Semi-Permanent Make for over ten years and just did a fantastic job on my brows. So then I decided to do eyeliner. Then she did the best semi permanent eyeliner. So then I decided that she was the best semi permanent eyeliner make up in Raleigh. Then I did the NUDE LIPS. Which makes a huge difference in the morning for women over 50! Jeez. That should have been my first choice. But I didn't know any better. So now I also feel as though she is the best semi permanent NUDE LIPS. Check their experience by looking at how long they are been practicing their craft people. Don't look at their pics. They could be lying. Look at their certifications
I love love love my eyebrows! Antoinette is kind & sanitary! I definitely recommend going to her!

What a wonderful experience! I was somewhat apprehensive at first, but Antoinette explained everything before and during the procedure. Her suite makes you feel like you're having a spa day and there was never a concern about sanitation. Most importantly, Antoinette is an artist! So patient, yet professional.. explaining everything step by step and inquiring on my comfort level. Very happy!
